 At one o'clock in the afternoon, cheerful gymnastic music sounded from the broadcast of the Gold Cup Electric Xiangtan workshop. The employees who had finished their lunch break gathered in the spacious and bright hall on the first floor and the corridor of the patio area to follow the beat, stretch their bodies, and do radio gymnastics.

In order to promote the development of fitness exercises for all employees, improve the spirit and physical and mental health of employees, relieve work fatigue, reduce potential safety hazards, and create a cultural atmosphere of "exercise, health, happiness, and efficiency", the company's labor union organized a "workout" fitness program.

 

It is an activity content of corporate culture construction. During the trial run, it received positive responses from employees, allowing everyone to relax after stressful work and creating a happy and harmonious team atmosphere. The fitness activities help stuff face daily work in a more full state, and improve work efficiency.
